KS Rent Sardinia is an independent car hire company with registered office in Viale Aldo Moro 367, Olbia, and an operational delivery point at Isola Bianca port. Our company is KS Rent SRL (VAT IT03028900904), an independent Sardinian business founded on April 8, 2025, not affiliated with KS Rent S.r.l. of Rome. Our fleet is owned and managed in-house: we are not a broker or comparison site.
Home delivery is available every day from 9:00 to 22:30 — even before office opening hours, because we coordinate the delivery time with your flight or ferry so that the vehicle is ready when you arrive. Free within the municipality of Olbia (including OLB airport and Isola Bianca port). For other locations in Gallura and Costa Smeralda, the cost is transparent and declared in the quote, starting from €5.
The main hub of north-east Sardinia, just 2 km from our office. We welcome flights from all over Europe: Easyjet, Ryanair, ITA, Lufthansa, Air France. Delivery happens directly at Arrivals, after baggage claim. Average time from touchdown to wheel: 10 minutes.
Our operational base is right at the Isola Bianca port, where Moby, Tirrenia, Grimaldi, Corsica Ferries and GNV ferries dock. As soon as you disembark, we are waiting just a few metres away: no shuttle, no queue. Particularly convenient for travellers from Civitavecchia, Livorno, Genoa and Toulon.
Door-to-door delivery throughout Gallura: Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo, Baja Sardinia, Cannigione, Palau, Arzachena, San Teodoro, San Pantaleo, Golfo Aranci. We coordinate time and place directly with your accommodation. Delivery time ranges from 20 to 50 minutes from our office. Transparent cost declared in the quote.

KS Rent Sardinia applies transparent seasonal rates, valid from April to October, aligned with Costa Smeralda tourism seasons. Low season (April, May, October) has reduced prices compared to high season (July, August). All rates include third-party insurance, roadside assistance and contract management.

What makes us different
Traditional credit cards are a barrier that stops many travellers at the desk of aggregators. With KS Rent Sardinia it is not mandatory: we choose real customer flexibility, not back-office rigidity.
The deposit amount varies by vehicle category and is communicated at booking. It can be paid in cash, with a prepaid card or with a credit card at the customer's choice. At the end of the rental, if there are no damages or fines, the deposit is returned via the same payment method.
Valid category B licence (or A1/A2 for scooters) held for at least 1 year, plus an ID document (identity card or passport). For non-EU customers, an international driving permit is recommended.
