Frequently asked questions
Can I ride the quad on the beach?
No. Beaches are protected areas in Sardinia - access by quad or motorbike is not permitted. The quad must be used on unprotected trails, inland gravel routes, and authorised private tracks.
What licence do I need for the Raptor?
Category B (car licence is fine) or A. Driver must be at least 21. No special licence required.
Is it hard to ride?
No, a quad is more intuitive than a motorbike - there is no balancing needed while moving. A 15-minute technical briefing at pickup covers the controls, safety modes and recommended routes.
Can it carry two people?
No, it is a single-seater sports quad (Raptor). For two-up touring quads (Yamaha Grizzly and similar), please ask about availability at booking.
Do you offer guided routes or is it all self-guided?
We provide a map and recommended routes for self-guided use. For guided tours with an instructor, we can put you in touch with partner operators in Gallura.
